　　摘要：目的：从生物分子学方面探讨养胃散的治疗机理，观察用药后胃肠粘膜中前列腺素(PG)、生长抑素(SS)、胃动素(MTL)的变化规律。方法：SD大白鼠为实验动物，消炎痛损伤胃粘膜后，再给予中药养胃散10d，用放射免疫法测定胃、肠粘膜中的PG、SS、MTL的变化规律。结果：养胃散能明显增加消炎痛损伤后的胃肠粘膜中的PG(249.42±89.35　ng·L-1)、SS(2.02±0.83　ng·L-1)、MTL(98.82±29.31　ng·L-1)的含量，与消炎痛组相比有显著性差异(P＜0.01)。结论：中药养胃散能增加胃肠粘膜内PG、SS、MTL的分泌，是其增强胃粘膜屏障功能的机理之一。

　　

Effects of Yangwei Powder on Prostaglandin, Somatostatin and

　　Motilin Content in Rat Gastrointestinal Mucosa

　　Abstract:Yangwei Powder is an effective formula for chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. To explore its therapeutic mechanism at the level of molecular biology, the contents of prostaglandin (PG), somatostatin (SS) and motilin (MTL) in rat gastrointestinal mucosa were detected by radioimmunoassay. Thirty SD rats were allocated to three groups: normal control group (n=10), indomethacin group (n=10) and Yangwei Powder group (n=10). Rat model with gastrointestinal mucosal injury was induced by administration of indomethacin for 2 days. Yangwei& nbsp;Powder was given for 10 days after the establishment of rat model. The results showed that Yangwei Powder significantly increased the contents of PG (249.42±89.35?ng·L-1), SS(2.02±0.83?ng·L-1) and MTL (98.82±29.31?ng·L-1), the differences being significant (P＜0.01) as compared with indomethacin group. It is indicated that increase of PG, SS and MTL secretion may be one of the mechanisms of Yangwei Powder for the improvement of barrier action of gastrointestinal musoca.

　　我们以健脾、益气、养胃、活血化瘀为原则组成养胃散方，用于治疗慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡等常见的胃肠疾病，临床用药已10余年时间，收到了良好的治疗效果。为了从胃肠激素方面阐明养胃散在保护粘膜屏障方面的作用，从分子生物学方面论阐述养胃散的治疗机理。我们以大白鼠为实验动物，测定养胃散灌胃后，胃肠粘膜中前列腺素(PG)、生长抑素(SS)、胃动素(MTL)的含量。

　　1　实验材料

　　1.1　实验动物　选用SD大白鼠，由第一军医大学动物实验中心提供。共30只，雌雄各半，体重120～240g/只。

　　1.2　实验用药及剂量　实验用单味中药购于广东省药材公司。养胃散的处方为：干姜2g、丹参10g、党参10g、石斛10g、炙甘草3g、九里医药学论文
