　　内容提要　目的：探讨肾康注射液与苯那普利对人肾小球系膜细胞外基质(ECM)不同成分的抑制作用强度。方法：采用体外培养的人肾小球系膜细胞技术，观察具有降逆泄浊、益气活血功效的中药肾康注射液及苯那普利对ECM不同成分的影响。结果：肾康注射液具有抑制ECM成分中纤维连接蛋白(FN)、层粘连蛋白(LN)和Ⅳ型胶原(Col Ⅳ)的作用，该抑制作用具有一定的量效关系。苯那普利对ECM中FN、Col Ⅳ也有一定的抑制作用，但不及肾康注射液作用明显。结论：肾康注射液对ECM的抑制作用优于苯那普利。

Contrast Study on Effect of Shenkang Injection and Benazepril on Human Glomerular Mesangial Extracellular Matrix

　　Objective: To explore the intensity of inhibition of Shenkang Injection (SKI) and Benazepril on various ingredients of human glomerular mesangial extracellular matrix (ECM).Methods: Effect of SKI, a herbal preparation for lowering adverse Qi, despelling turbidness, supplementing Qi and activating circulation, and Benazepril were observed by cultured glomerular mesangial cell technique in vitro.Results: SKI could inhibit the fibronetin, laminin, and type Ⅳ collagen of ECM, and the action was dose-dependent. Benazepril could also inhibit the fibronetin and type Ⅳ collagen of ECM but was weaker in intensity.Conclusion: The effect of SKI was superior to Benazepril in inhibiting ECM. Ⅳ collagen of ECM, and the action was dose-dependent. Benazepril could also inhibit&nb sp;the fibronetin and type Ⅳ collagen of ECM but was weaker in intensity.Conclusion: The effect of SKI was superior to Benazepril in inhibiting ECM.

　　肾小球疾病具有进行性加重的特征，而且各种类型的肾小球疾病发展的最终结果都表现为肾小球硬化的形成。肾小球硬化是多种原因引起肾小球损伤后出现的共同转归，是慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的主要病理基础。近年来，随着对肾小球硬化机制认识的不断深入，肾小球系膜细胞(MC)、细胞外基质(ECM)及各种细胞因子在肾功能进行性减退过程中所起的作用倍受关注。抑制MC增殖，减少ECM的堆积，拮抗细胞因子的不良作用，已成为防治肾小球硬化，延缓CRF病情进展的重要环节。本研究采用人肾小球MC体外培养技术，观察了具有降逆泄浊、益气活血功效的肾康注射液对ECM中纤维连接蛋白(FN)、层粘连蛋白(LN)及Ⅳ型胶原(Col Ⅳ)含量的影响，并以苯那普利作为阳性对照，冀从细胞水平探讨其延缓肾小球硬化的作用强度及作用机制。

　　1.1　肾组织来源　系我校附属医院妇产科孕5月引产胎肾。
