i feel very sorry for you if you really depend on it.well,you see,government of china blocks a lot of websites,like youtube and facebook,for whatever the reason.you can check your internet conditions and if your computer has any problem.
also try going to the "tools" on the internet explorer,in chinese is "工具," click into "internet options"(probably 选项 in chinese),then "security(probably 安全 in chinese)," "restricted websites" and see if the website is blocked.
if it is,just remove it and you will be fine.if it is not there,ask your other chinese friends and see if they can get on that website.if there's no way for you to fix it,just try another website,i'm sure there will be some good ones out there.
