不正确 都要加个the
因为the 第一是有所指的 第二是问问题的双方都知道的
茶杯在哪 这个茶杯是你我双方都知道的那个（the） 是有所指的 同样的那些书也是这样
这里既然问了 那么自然是双方都知道的 要加the

cup是有单复数的，如果单用，要加特指
