你的题目不严谨。where 和 because都是正确的选择。如果一定要找错误的话，B反而是错误的，因为because+句子是从句部分，只要不在句首，because的前面就不应该有逗号。ok了吗？

三楼的解释很到位。 where people buy food本身就是个定语从句，修饰前面的places，
后面的like supermarkets,street vendors and cafe仅仅是对places进行部分举例说明。如果选择A，就出现两个定语从句来修饰places，而中间没连词，是错的。
