不知道是现在是什么阶段.如果是初中的话,我告诉你个办法,先是按照你英语水平写篇日记,初中所能达到英语水平的大概是我们小学5年纪的汉语水平,你就用你小学五年级的那时候的水平写一篇汉语日记,然后翻译过来.翻译的时候记得不要钻牛角尖,比如某某成语英语怎么说,某某词怎么写等等,只要用你所会的英语把意思写清楚就可以了,不会的名词可以查字典.特别生僻的注意注明,免得你老师不认识（玩笑）.
这样英语和翻译都有了.
如果你是高中水平,那么应该有一定的驾驭能力了.可以按照你所想写出英文,然后再翻译成汉语.写之前记得打草稿,比如开头写什么,中间写什么,结尾写什么.可以用哪些关联词等等.简单的结构有了,补充内容很简单.
如果你水平不够,成绩不是很好,那就参照第一种方法,
写日记其实就是记叙一件事情,然后发表下自己的看法,很简单的.
